About Lions Head

Lions Head is a private condominium community of 132 residences located in Meridian Hills between Spring Mill and Hoover Road on 73rd St.   Originally built as spacious apartments for empty nesters the development was converted to condominiums in 1979.   Today there are still a few residents who have lived within the gated community for more than 30 years.   Over the last few years, the spacious units, amenities and location have started to attract young professionals who have totally remodeled and updated many units. The Lions Head Condominium Owners Association is managed by Omni Management Services. If you need to reach Omni, you can find their contact information on the Contact Us page.

If you are new to Lions Head, we have a New Residents page set up to help welcome you to the neighborhood. We also have a page for Current Residents. And if you have a pet, you will want to check out our Pet Policy page for important pet ownership information. If you are a Realtor, we have created a For Realtors page just for you!

There are many documents available on the Association Documents page. Please Note: the Community Directory, Financial Reports and Meeting Minutes are Password Protected, so you must log in in order to access these.
